Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Dominant Apparel.

Because our products are made to order, each item is produced specifically for you once your order is placed. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, buyer’s remorse, or change of mind.

However, if something went wrong with your order, we will make it right.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the problem

Once we review the claim, we will determine the appropriate resolution. If approved, we will offer either:

  • A replacement item, or

  • A refund to your original payment method

Returns

Returns are only accepted if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In the same condition you received them

Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Exchanges

Because each item is produced on demand, we do not offer traditional exchanges.

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will arrange for a replacement once your claim has been reviewed and approved.

Refunds

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your bank or payment provider.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason and without justification.

The item must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In its original condition and packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
