Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes! We offer several shipping options at checkout, including express shipping for faster delivery. Expedited shipping costs will be calculated based on your location and order details.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's progress.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are damaged, defective, or if we made an error with your order. Since our products are made-to-order and printed specifically for you, we cannot accept returns for size issues or buyer's remorse.

How do I request a return or exchange?

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll review your case and provide a replacement or refund if the claim is approved.

Who pays for return shipping?

If the return is due to our error or a defective product, we'll cover the return shipping costs. For other returns, shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Product Questions

Are your products made-to-order?

Yes! All of our products are printed and fulfilled on-demand by Printful. This means each item is created specifically for you after you place your order, which helps us reduce waste and offer a wide variety of designs.

What printing methods do you use?

Printful uses various printing techniques depending on the product, including Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing, embroidery, sublimation, and cut-and-sew methods. Each technique is chosen to ensure the best quality for that specific product.

How do I care for my products?

Care instructions vary by product type. Generally, we recommend washing printed apparel inside-out in cold water and tumble drying on low heat or hanging to dry. Avoid ironing directly on printed areas. Specific care instructions are included with each order.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Since we begin production quickly, we can only cancel or modify orders within a short window after they're placed. Please contact us immediately if you need to make changes, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
